I would have to say the opportunity that was given to me in the beginning with Le Peep has afforded me to grow my business from 1 restaurant to 5 in the past 12 years. It has afforded me to control my own destiny and rely on myself for my success or failure. Throughout the years I have had the pleasure of meeting a lot of great people, those who have worked for me and customers who have been coming into the restaurants over the years, some of these relationships have led to strong friendships that endure today as well as some great business opportunity's. We at Le Peep are fortunate to have such a great product to offer to our guest. It is a product that you can be proud of serving and it has elevated us to almost cult status with our die hard guests over the years. Today I see customers who come in to the restaurants that were babies back in the early 90's, being brought in by their parents. Now that's hard core dedication to a concept. Working at Le Peep as an owner has made me to grow as an entrepreneur because of the volume of knowledge you have to have to be able to grow and be successful.

In 2012, after many years in the restaurant business, we decided to pursue owning one. After careful consideration, we partnered with LePeep. The corporate support has been outstanding.Training was arranged in Littleton for myself and key staff members.As licensees, instead of franchisees, we have the ability to add some of our own ideas and are encouraged to be creative. They continue to assist us as we grow.We recently purchased another LePeep in the Boise market. Their inspiration helped us secure the deal.
