Vegetable Tray: This refreshing tray includes an assortment of seasonal fresh vegetables prepared for dipping in a fresh dressing.
Seasonal Fruit Tray: A selection of seasonal fruit served with yogurt for dipping.

Seafood Crepes: A blend of seafood broccoli, diced tomatoes, and mushrooms rolled into crepes and smothered with hollandaise.
Chicken Marsala: A moist and tender chicken breast sauteed in garlic-butter with fresh mushrooms and marsala wine.
Chicken Oscar: Filet of chicken breaded and sauteed to perfection. Topped with broccoli, seafood and creamy hollandaise sauce.
Grilled Sirloin Tips: A lean sirloin grilled to perfection and topped with sauteed mushrooms.
Broiled Filet of Fish: Filet of fish brushed with lemon dill butter and grilled lightly to seal in the flavor.
Bayou Chicken: Spicy chicken and curly noodles in a rich cream sauce. Seasoned with Cajun spices that make you feel like you are back at the bayou.
Stir Fry Chicken or Beef: Your choice of chicken or beef tossed with a medly of fresh vegetables and special seasonings that make this dish complete.
